Leadership & Management Trainer Barrow in Furness, LA14 Starting at £26k - £30k Excellent benefits package including Bupa Our client is now recruiting for experienced Trainers who are experienced both occupationally and within a teaching/training position in subject areas such as Team Leading, Management, Customer Services, Business Admin (up to Level 5). Alternatively, you may be an experienced manager/professional and feel that you could pass your knowledge onto other, our client will also offer trainee trainer packages. Position Summary This role will be to deliver Leadership & Management, and other relevant training, at level 3 or above, to corporate clients. Your role will vary but will include the following; Deliver high quality training courses in Leadership and Management to Level 5 Act as the overall subject expert for Management qualifications, providing support and advice to the team / employers / learners. Instrumental in the design, development and tailoring of Management training programmes and training materials bespoke to the clients. Ensure that all training and resources are of a high quality and comply with standards set by awarding organisations, funding partners, etc. Maintain own knowledge of the Management qualifications and implementing any relevant changes into training programmes. Who are we looking for?
