In this role you will support, mentor and guide apprentices and develop constructive relationships with them. You will also liaise with curriculum, employers and others to ensure Apprentices are effectively supported to successfully engage with and complete their learning. You will contribute to an effective induction programme for new students and monitor, track and support all apprentices to achieve the 'off the job' training hours. You will also provide close support and guidance to existing and new employers in relation to apprenticeship standards.
