Position: Technical Service Training Manager Location: Epsom, Surrey Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday Salary: Negotiable- depending on experience + company bonus scheme + company car. About the role: As the Technical Service Training Manager, you will deliver training excellence to all required coffee service engineers, internal and external clients. You will ensure maximum transference of skills and experience. To support all technical updates and development of future products. You’ll act as an interface to all equipment manufacturers regarding NPD, system improvements and overall quality of service. Responsibilities: - Organisation of diary and business visibility - Regular communication with colleague teams; Scheduling, Service Managers, Parts and Sales teams Customer liaison, complaint handling and resolution - Keeping all technical documents and paperwork up to date - Writing and reviewing technical data for new equipment or technical updates - Responding to all queries in a timely manner - Continuous developments of training plans - Provide machine and technical product based operational training for all business areas; Internal and external customers - Maintain strong relationships with all key managers and keeping them abreast of any technical or training issues - Organisation of training plans - Reporting and presenting on key areas of expertise - Take a Strategic view of future areas of product development - Report any perceived threats to the business - Support the deliver of SLA and KPI trough training and encouragement - Performance related development of teams and influence on supporting functions - Support all technical profit share activity including first line support and conduct between supplier and end user - Continuous development and performance related assessment and feedback - In field assessment of engineers working protocols and diagnostic ability - Key technical contact and liaison for suppliers - Field based trouble shooting Essential Skills / Experiences: - General knowledge of other equipment - Strong electrical and diagnostic expertise - Excellent technical competence - Communication at all levels both written and verbal - Good understanding of Microsoft office - Able to organise and deliver revised training plans - Hold a formal Technical Qualification in relevant subject - Training background with formal qualifications (PRINCE 2, 6 – Sigma, NEBOSH, PTLLS, MCGI etc) - Industry knowledge background - Service management background - Excellent work ethic- Flexible approach Desirable Skills / Experiences: - Knowledge of all in house equipment - Background in coffee servicing - Informed on latest technical updates and regulations - Able to write training plans and develop new systems - Completed Management trainer program You may have experience of the following: Training Manager, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Engineering, Engineer, Training, Training Program Manager, etc. This vacancy is being advertised by EasyWeb Recruitment, the UK’s leading Online Recruitment Agency.
