A service organisation based in central Bristol is currently recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join their team.

Duties will include;
- Processing supplier invoices
- Preparing payment proposals
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing CIS and Vat returns for Project companies
- Contribute to the internal control environment by positively challenging accounts procedures
- Assisting with cashflow analysis
- Liaise with Finance Mangers to ensure all parties are aware of the status of orders and quotes
Previous experience of working within a finance team is essential. The successful candidate must also be proficient on excel. Knowledge of SAP an advantage
