Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a large end-user for an I.T Support Analyst on a permanent basis. You'll be joining an established team, with broad mix of skills servicing users across the U.K both via the telephone and face to face. Please note there is some required travel during the day.


  • 1st & 2nd Line desktop support
  • Logging and managing all incidents, requests and events
  • Maintaining and diagnosing PC and equipment faults and record issues for continued monitoring
  • Maintain and update assets on the Configuration Management Database
  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Arrange external support via partners where required

Skills and Person

  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 2016, Adobe and other desktop software packages
  • ServiceNow knowledge ideal
  • Good communication skills in particular over the telephone
  • Calm, confident manner
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport
