Leaner Engagement Executive: The essentials.

* 2 years experience of a similar role within WBL.
* A target driven individual with experience of exceeding targets.
* A strong understanding of the sector and funding
* experience of dealing the Levy and Non Levy paying employers.
* Full UK driving licence and use of own car

* Occupational history and competence within the industry
* Experience in a similar role
* A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
* Excellent communication skills
* An interest in helping people develop
* Accurate report writing and record keeping skills

Leaner Engagement Executive: The role.

* Identify suitable candidates to suit the needs of the employer.
* Arrange interviews with clients and apprentices
* Consistent business development to ensure a constant pipeline of opportunities for apprentices.
* create new relationships with local and national businesses via telephone and email.
* Account development - present new products and services to clients to grow business further.
* Up to £22,000 per annum
* Mileage - 30ppm (from the office)
* 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
* Necessary business IT tools; Laptop & Mobile Phone
