We are currently recruiting for a Stockroom Customer Service Advisor for a Part Time (30 hours) position to join our store based in Harlow.

As a Stockroom Customer Service Advisor, you will not only have a passion for our brand, but a dedication to the efficiency of our stock replenishment procedures.

You will be responsible for managing the stockroom and the delivery process, preparation of returns, managing customer orders, adhering to health & safety and replenishment of stock. We offer a competitive hourly rate, on the job training and an opportunity for career progression for the right person.

We need our Stockroom Customer Service Advisor to have the following skills:

  • Maintaining appropriate stock levels on the shop floor
  • Excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise effectively
  • An open, enthusiastic and positive approach
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work within a team
  • Flexibility to support the business
  • Able to work efficiently in a pressurised environment
  • High standards of personalpresentation
  • Excellent retail standards
