An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior Regulatory Lawyer to join a busy regulatory body in the Capital. This interesting role will see you take responsibility for directing the work of members of staff, ensuring all necessary investigations are completed to enable the best possible case to be presented at hearing. You will oversee the work of fitness to practice and criminal prosecution departments. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a pivotal role in the successful running of a busy regulator whilst ensuring members of the public receive justice.
The appointed Regulatory Lawyer will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister who has practised for a minimum of 4 years. Prior experience of carrying out and directing regulatory, criminal or litigation investigations is essential, as is an ability to communicate complex legal principals to member of the public.
