Prospero Teaching are looking for qualified and dynamic teachers with experience working with children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties (SEMH). About the school and contract:

*We are looking for dynamic and motivational teachers to work in an Norwich based
special school, teaching students with a range of complex difficulties including
*This is a purpose built school with specialist and well equipped learning areas.
*This is initially for day to day supply but could lead to something long term for
the right candidate.
*The school caters for children in key stages 1-4 hence there are opportunities
across these key stages.

About the successful SEMH Teacher:

*You should ideally have experience within the SEN Sector, although this in not
essential providing you have the right attitude and desire.
*Previous experience working with challenging behaviour would be advantageous
*A passion for working with children with SEMH and for helping to make a positive
difference to their education.
*The ability to engage with students who may not relate well to conventional teaching
*The ability to be innovative and think outside of the box.

To be eligible the SEMH Teacher must have/be:

*Full QTS
*Highly motivated and focused on achieving the best for every student.
*A positive attitude and desire towards working with SEN students.
*Lots of energy and enthusiasm.
*The ability to motivate students whilst making learning fun.
