About the Role
A large and friendly Primary School in Brent are looking for a creative, passionate and forward thinking Teaching Assistant to join their Key Stage Two team. The school are looking for a candidate who can support a child in Year 4 who has low self-esteem and global delay. You will be working in a busy setting and must be able to think of your feet. You will be working alongside four other 1:1 Teaching Assistants, a class Learning Support Assistant and an experienced class Teacher. Lessons take place inside the classroom and outside in the school gardens to keep lessons engaging and stimulating. The child is a friendly and calm pupil who enjoys attending school however they require additional support accessing the curriculum. You will work closely with the schools Special Educational Needs Coordinator to ensure the child is receiving the correct support to progress academically.

Requirements for the Role:
Recent experience working in a Primary School is required to be considered for this role along with excellent knowledge and previous experience supporting pupils who are of a lower level learning ability. You must be able to commit to this role until July 2018 to keep consistency for the pupil.

Rate of Pay and Working hours:
£70-£80 per day, working hours of 08:30am - 16:00pm
