Michael Page are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for a permanent opportunity with a UK wide business at their site in Newcastle.

Client Details

The client is based in Newcastle looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their UK wide business on a permanent basis.

Description

As a Payroll Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Payroll Processing both weekly and monthly

  • Process Starters and Leavers

  • Process one off payments

  • Maintaining all Payroll changes

  • Uploading Tax
  • Reporting and reconciliations
  • Payroll reporting
  • Resolve any payroll queries

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience of working within both weekly and monthly payroll - Essential
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and be comfortable communicating to resolve issues- Essential
  • Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages especially Excel - Essential
  • Have experience of various Payroll systems - Essential
