Buying Administration Assistant (full-time) Head Office
Are you interested in a career in Buying? We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our busy Buying team at our head office in Bournemouth. With the support of the Buyer you will process replenishment and raise orders; ensure all orders are delivered by checking deliveries and chasing suppliers; take a proactive approach to stock and sales and advise the Buyer accordingly.
Working with Accounts you will create and maintain stock/supplier records accurately on the central database i.e. changes to terms, addresses, contacts, telephone number etc. You must be able to demonstrate excellent IT and communication skills, be highly organised, and show initiative when dealing with a variety of situations, to effectively prioritise your work.
The ideal candidate with have an interest in the retail sector and will be looking to gain experience within Buying. Previous experience working in retail is desirable.
