My client based in Halesowen are looking for a part-time payroller on a permanent basis to join their finance team. The business is a property management company and need someone to work Monday- Wednesday each week, However the business will offer some flexibility to the right candidate.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Processing payroll of roughly 200 employees per week and 30 monthly paid employees
- RTI submissions
- Auto-enrolments
- Liaising with HMRC
- Collecting and organising time sheets and enter information related to employees and pay periods into Sage
- Processing of P45s, holiday pay, SMP, SSP etc.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Proficient in the use of Sage Payroll software & MS Excel
- Experience in a payroll role
- Experience of processing auto-enrolments
- Ability to manually calculate deductions if needed
- Experience of processing timesheets
- Excellent eye for detail
- Be able to work under minimal supervision
