A well established business within the leisure industry is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team based in the surrounding areas of Chichester. This position offers great opportunity for development and fantastic company benefits.

You will report directly to the Finance Manager and your duties as the Account Assistant will include:
  • Purchase Invoice processing
  • Assisting with supplier payments
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • dealing with accounts payable related queries and transactions
  • Company credit cards for both receipts and expenses
  • General banking duties
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
  • You will be studying towards AAT or be AAT qualified or have experience working in the Accounts function
  • You will have previously worked in one of the following roles - Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator / Purchase Ledger Clerk / Sales Ledger Clerk / Finance Administrator / Finance Assistant / Accounts Payable Clerk / Accounts Receivable Clerk / Assistant Accountant
