Healthperm is a British-headquartered healthcare recruitment agency specialising in placing Filipino nurses, doctors and allied health professionals (AHPs) into permanent roles in the UK and the UAE. We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing start-up to take ownership of our digital channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns and our digital channels to increase the company's visibility and outreach. You will be responsible for developing a fully integrated digital marketing strategy that will deliver on key business objectives across customer acquisition, retention, customer satisfaction and brand awareness. To be successful in this role you will have proven experience working in a digital marketing role and will have a strong track record in strategising and executing digital marketing campaigns. A desire to learn about the healthcare sector is critical to the role.   • Create and implement digital marketing strategy across online and offline channels
  • Manage the redesign of the company's website, ensuring it is mobile responsive and optimised for Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing
  • Create and manage link building strategies and increase traffic to the company web pages
  • Plan and execute engaging and relevant content on our website and social channels
  • Manage editorial content across all our digital marketing platforms
  • Ensure consistency in design and messaging across all online and offline marketing channels
  • Provide strategic digital communications advice to senior staff
  • Establish best practice processes and guidelines for the company’s digital and social media presence
  • Leverage content via digital channels to build awareness and drive and nurture leads
  • Set customer growth and marketing performance goals
  • Manage CRM to ensure effective digital marketing activity
  • Design an email automation funnel and manage, monitor and report email automation results
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic social media, display advertising, retargeting, affiliates, and search engines
  • Oversee brand building and awareness campaigns (e.g. influencer programs, content marketing, strategic partnerships, press and media)
  • Work with the global team to achieve brand development goals
  • Collaborate with the Online Community Relationship Manager on social media activities to increase community engagement, supporting them in their role and drawing their views and expertise into ongoing development and design of the website and digital channels
  • Skilfully engage and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Create budgets and track expenditure for digital marketing
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data with recommendations for improvement to maximise the company’s digital impact


  • Degree in digital marketing, marketing, business or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
  • Experience of managing relationships with multiple agencies and commissioning high quality content for online and offline channels
  • Demonstrated ability to draft concise, effective, creative, and professional communications - including presentations and digital media
  • Experience producing digital content that drives brand awareness, lead acquisition, web traffic, social media engagement and lead development
  • An iterative approach to testing and designing campaigns in order to scale marketing spend
  • Experience in planning, strategizing and delivering results across social media advertising, retargeting, SEO/SEM and Adwords campaigns
  • Skilled in marketing automation/CRM systems, including list segmentation and management, creating and deploying outbound communications, and content deployment and campaign analysis/optimization
  • An understanding of evaluation techniques and synthesising, analysing and interpreting data (quantitative and qualitative) to make recommendations for improvements
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with experience of writing and editing content for websites
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Demonstrated understanding of building and converting a digital audience
  • Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and building key relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships, work at all levels in an organisation and get the best out of others
  • Proactive and motivated with excellent initiative and the ability to solve problems and adapt plans to accommodate changes in objectives, resourcing, timescales or budgets


  • Experience developing digital marketing campaigns for a healthcare brand is desirable
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Powerpoint/Keynote
  • Skilled in agile project management
