Page Personnel are working alongside a fantastic retail organisation who are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their accounts payable function.

Client Details

A well established group of companies based across Liverpool.

Description

The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Process BACs payments runs
  • Manage supplier queries
  • Ad hoc administrative duties across the business

Profile

  • Previous experience working as an AP/Purchase Ledger Clerk
  • Adaptive work attitude, taking on other duties across admin and finance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication
