2nd Line Support Engineer - Onsite Support - Technical Engineer - Bromley - £25,000 - £28,000 - A well-established healthcare provider is looking for a strong 2nd line support engineer to join its fast-paced team.
You must have superb technical skills as well as a passion for IT. The majority of this role will be providing support remotely, over the phone and face to face. Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office 365, Networking.
The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, have excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Key skills and responsibilities:
- Microsoft Windows Desktop
- Microsoft Windows Server 2008
- Office 365 - Microsoft Exchange 2010
- Networking Experience (Routers, Switches)
- General Networking Support & DNS
- Active Directory - Managing AD Group Policies
Ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved or updated within the SLAs
The main responsibility of this role is to provide 2nd line technical support across a range of technologies which needs to be completed in an effective manner with attention to detail and accuracy. The nature of the business requires a high level of technical knowledge, flexibility, common sense and initiative.
Salary is £25,000 - £28,000 + Excellent Benefits.
