KNOW THE ROLE
Situated in the heart of our new luxury Accessories Hall, The Fount is a 14-seater concept bar serving artful cocktails, tisanes and water infusions. Designed in partnership with renowned mixologist Ryan Chetiyawardana (aka Mr Lyan), the menu is full of unique and characterful drinks each telling a story of craftsmanship, care and creativity.
As our Bar Manager, youll have full accountability for the operation of the Bar, leading and inspiring the Front of House team to deliver exemplary service standards.
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Known for your outstanding knowledge of the London drinking and dining scene, youll have an enviable background in high-end bars, restaurants or gastro pubs, and a genuine passion for quality food and drink. You will ideally have experience of working with quality food as well as cocktails, champagne, wines and beers. An experienced manager, youll be commercially astute and comfortable when dealing with gross profit & margins, forecasting, stock control and payroll budgets. You will also need to hold a Personal Licence.
