Fantastic opportunity for self-motivated and driven sales professionals to join a growing and established Insurance Brokerage in Leicester.

Focusing on the mainly on the Midlands territory, your role as a Business Development Executive will be to proactively generate and follow up on leads growing a book of commercial business for this forward thinking broker.

Full support will be provided by Account Handlers so your initial focus will be to develop new business proactively using modern sales and marketing techniques whilst also visiting new clients on a regular basis. Once you have developed a client base you will then be expected to manage the renewals whilst continuing to develop your clients.

My client is looking for hard working, hungry, self-motivated and reliable sales individuals with a desire to succeed. It is essential that the successful candidate has previous field sales experience along with excellent communicational skills.

While knowledge within commercial insurance is desirable however, those from a personal lines background may also be considered.

A full UK Driving licence is essential for this role as you will be required to attend numerous client meetings across the Midlands.
