Are you an experienced KS3 teacher who is looking for a new role?

We are recruiting for a teacher to work in a special school, starting as soon as possible. This role is in a lovely school and we enjoy supporting them. They are looking for an experienced SEN teacher who can support them in a role that comprises of both overseeing a year 8 tutor group and teaching English, Maths and RE. This may not necessarily be to GCSE standard.

The School
*Caters for pupils ages 7 - 16
*The pupils needs include Communication and Interaction Needs, Cognitive and Learning Needs, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Sensory and/or physical needs, Challenging Behaviour
*Has particularly small classes to benefit their students
*Has a strong and supportive team that work well together
*Has been rebuilt recently with facilities you may not see at other schools!

The Role
*planning and delivering lessons (planning may not always be necessary) in Maths, English and RE, across the school
*working alongside TA's in class
*Working with small classes, providing high levels of support

The Candidate
*Will need to be a qualified teacher
*Will be confident planning and delivering lessons (planning may not always be necessary)
*Will be confident to oversee a tutor group and working with them to support their academic and personal development
