Online Implementation and Support Manager, Up to £55k, London

Our client is looking for an experienced Online Implementation Manager who will be responsible for both UK and international OBT implementations and will work with the online support team to provide second line support and ongoing improvements.
The role will require hands on involvement in implementation and support and the ability to look forward and plan how our online booking solutions can fulfil our clients requirements in a fast changing environment.

The responsibilities of the Online Implementation & Support Manager are as follows:

  • Manage the implementation of Online Booking tools for new and existing clients
  • Maintain and update implementation project plans
  • Provide second line support for our Online Booking Tools
  • Oversee and assist the Online Support Team
  • When necessary escalate support queries with suppliers
  • Collate details of errors and forward to the relevant departments
  • Create and maintain support materials for our online booking solutions
  • Establish and maintain excellent supplier relationships
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders involved in the OBT process
  • Keep up to date with new product releases and communicate to key staff and management where necessary. Share knowledge and experience
  • Systematically test new client configuration/booking tools
  • Assist the sales team in presentations as a subject matter specialist
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as necessary, and undertake any other reasonable duties/responsibilities as requested by your

The skills required for the Online Implementation & Support Manager are as follows:

  • At least 3 years experience in supporting and implementing Concur and 1 or more of the following Online tools:
  • Evolvi, Conferma, GTP/Atriis, GetThere, SABS
  • An strong knowledge of Galileo and ideally one other GDS
  • Understanding of webservices and xml
  • Support and manage a small team
  • Manage expectations and influence stakeholders across the business
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities
  • A good understanding of the role of a TMC in business travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to systematically analyse errors and find / suggest solutions
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc)
