Your new company
A well known and highly respected Accountancy Practice with a strong presence in Cardiff and surrounding areas. Based in modern offices and with a forward thinking and fast paced approach to all elements of Accountancy and Business Advice. They are focused on utilising advances in technology to support compliance work and allowing their staff to be very Advisory focused when dealing with clients.
Your new role
You will go in at a level where you manage the Audit/Accounts function. You will have a portfolio of clients but also focus on the people management of the existing team, developing Junior members of staff and keeping the team motivated and moving forward.
Expectations are that within 2 years you would progress to a salaried Partner, and then move on to an equity Partner from there.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 5 years post-qualification experience. Ideally, you will have people management as well as account management experience. There is a lot of audit work within the business so recent audit experience and understanding of IFRS102 would be highly advantageous.
