Our friendly client based in Hoddesdon is recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join their small team. Candidates must be flexible, adaptable and work well within a small team environment.

The working hours for this role are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday and the salary is £18,000.

Duties:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Data entry
  • Producing invoices
  • Use of Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis
  • Use of company in-house database
  • Accounts payable - including paying bills
  • Producing letters - by devising or using set templates
  • Credit control
  • Typing correspondence
  • Purchase ledger duties
  • General administration duties

Experience:

  • Accounts experience not essential but desirable
  • Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT Skills including Word and Excel
  • Good typing skills
  • Ability to type letters
