We are working on a newly created position for an Accounts Administrator to join a global leading organisation. As the Accounts Administrator you will be instrumental in supporting with a variety of administrative duties.

This is initially a year's contract where you will gain invaluable finance experience within a busy legal department!

Responsibilities

Processing purchase orders, expenses and invoices
Arranging payments to law firms and legal agencies
Collation of information in preparation for quarterly and annually summary of activities
Detailed data entry onto internal databases
Analysis of monthly summaries from accounting department
Provide effective administrative support to legal team

Profile

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an administrative support role where you have processed purchase orders, expenses and invoices. You will be detail orientated, have the ability to learn new systems quickly and if you have experience in Legal support this is highly advantageous.
