REED Accountancy Reading are seeking an interim Finance Assistant to join a client based in Reading town starting in the new year!

Supporting the Finance Manager with providing financial information including forecasts, margins analysis and aged debt reporting in-month as well as supporting the Month End processes, this is a great assignment for some one who is looking to grown their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the provision of the weekly and monthly reports
• Assessing current processes to continually improve efficiency
• Working with the Operations team to ensure the correct margins are achieved
• Providing Weekly Forecast Updates
• Monitoring Revenue and Gross Margin against Forecasts
• Monitoring Aged Debt
• Monitoring the P&L throughout the month and querying any anomalies
• Assisting with Month End processes
• Provision of information for adhoc requirements
• Other ad hoc queries
