Look no further, this is the 2nd Line Desktop role you have been looking for.

My client is based close to London Bridge tube station and is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer with proven Windows 10, Active Directory and Office 365 skills, to bridge the gap between the 1st and 3rd line teams.
You will be a self-starter who is happy to work with little direction, develop relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and take responsibility for all second line escalations.
In return, you will get the opportunity to work in technically advanced company, already working on Cloud & Azure based technologies. You will work in close partnership with the 3rd line team, who will be keen to pass on their experience & knowledge to help your skills grow.

• Previous and proven experience in a 2nd Line role
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10
