My client is a leader in their field and looking for a Technical Support Manager, to manage the service desk and take on exciting and challenging projects.

The ideal candidate will be a Service Desk Manager with extensive experience of change management and turning a service desk around. The customer journey and customer experience is a key component to the role and must be at the forefront of your mind throughout your work.

2 years Help Desk Management

* Lead the support function, driving customer loyalty through service excellence to our global customers
* Create a great working environment, promoting personal development, creating a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration to develop a high performing team.
* Determine the vision for GIS support and develop operational plans to achieve
* Develop processes and procedures that support the vision & manage the transition process
