We are currently looking for an experienced Finance administrator to join our enthusiastic team.

MUST HAVE

A minimum of 3 years administration (Ideally from a finance background but not a deal breaker)

Excellent Excel Skills (Knowledge and experience with Vlook up would be a massive advantage)

Responsibilities
*Handle all Invoices; queries, payments, escalations, discrepancies
*Chasing any over due invoices
*Lasing with interval and external customers when required to do so
*Assist with reconciliation when required
*Diary Management
*Completing any other duties which assist with the smooth running of the department

Key Skill

*Experience within the V Look up system
*Great communication skills both written and verbal
*Professional and Positive
*High levels of attention to detail
*Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
*Strong administration skills
