Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum + Car
Location: This role will require extensive travel to Maidenhead and Northamptonshire. Preferred residence would be: Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Dunstable, Stevenage, Luton, Bicester, Banbury, Buckinghamshire
As the successful Finance Manager, you will be a minimum of business degree or part qualified in ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent. You will be responsible for a team of 8 spanning Finance, Human Resources, IT and Admin. You will manage all financial aspects and oversee financial flows of the organisation (both manufacturing and commercial).
You will also have practical experience using large financial ERP’s systems and will work alongside the team to deliver on a new project to implement a new ERP solution to the business. The job will involve financial reporting and analysis and therefore you will be expected to be an advanced excel user.
This position would be working with a business that develop and manufacture products for the FMCG industry. It would be beneficial for you as the Finance Manager to have an understanding of manufacturing, however, other industry experience would be considered.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Management of month end accounting process
- Preparation of Statutory accounts and tax
- Overseeing payroll submissions
- Cashflow forecasting and budgeting
- Providing key data to departments to help drive efficiencies
