Our client is a leading, independent, firm of Solicitors with expertise across the West Yorkshire market. They are keen to take on a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy Leeds office.

The role will involve starting within the Post-Completions department. Following on from success in this role the candidate will then progress to a Conveyancing Assistant position enabling you to oversee the whole process and gain a better understanding. Ideally candidates will thus come from a Conveyancing background but experience in i.e. re-mortgage/post-completions solely will be considered.

The role will typically involve (at its first stage): submitting the full range of applications to the Land Registry, submitting FR1's, chasing third parties, processing completed registrations and dealing with the full range of administrative duties.

Salary will be commensurate on experience.
