A dynamic organisation, it now has extremely ambitious plans for future national growth which has resulted in the need to recruit a high calibre individual to take responsibility for CRM function.
Reporting to the Operations Director
You will be responsible for managing the companies CRM ensuring the company keeps accurate and compliant data and can make the most of the marketing opportunities that it offers.
You must he capable of Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention, loyalty, brand awareness and cross selling
You will design the CRM structure making sure that it works seamlessly across the organisation and its franchise network capturing all data required to build effective relationships with customers in line with its marketing strategy
You will work closely with all internal stakeholders to make sure there is a joined up approach to CRM across the company
The successful candidate will be highly motivated individual, with a strong, results driven approach and must have a keen business acumen the ability to motivate and inspire. In addition, they must be able to manage multiple projects and be able to solve client issues strategically
