One of Cambridge leading and most highly attractive tech businesses are seeking to recruit a senior PMO professional to head up its function during a period on continued growth and success in the UK and internationally.

This key senior management post will be fully responsible for establishing and running the PMO function across the business.
Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of a wide range and volume of projects across the businesses portfolio
  • Ensuring and stetting up guidelines for best practice
  • Provide leadership across the function
  • Ensuring and producing assistance in implementing and choosing the very best tools
  • management of planning, tracking and reporting across the function
  • full responsibility for budgets, forecasting and project management/guidelines
  • Change management processes
  • Documentation management
  • Post project and implementation processes and reviews

We are looking for someone with some of the following skills/experiences:

  • Senior level PMO experience
  • Track record in development of a leading PMO function
  • Ability to manage high volumes of complex projects across all business functions
  • previous experience in a tech or software based business highly advantageous
