URGENT requirement for this private Banking group for a skilled individual with TRANSFERS experience. Working as a member of the Portfolio Operations team you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of investment management administration tasks, particularly transfer of all Client Assets in relation to portfolio transitions both internally and externally, ensuring completion of other assigned tasks on a daily and periodic basis.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Transfer transfers of securities
  • De-materialisation and re-materialisation of shares
  • Requesting valuations and chasing up outstanding valuations,
  • Investigating failed trades
  • ISA processing
  • Liaising with customers, third parties and Front Office

To be considered for this role it is essential that candidates have relevant custody transfers experience, an understanding of the characteristics of different asset types and experience in the investigation and resolution of queries. Articulate, self-motivated and a team player, knowledge and experience of servicing private client business will be useful.
