Very well established multi national company in Basingstoke requires a suitable skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st Line IT Support.

You will have excellent communication skills and a real interest to grow a career within IT

Ideally you will have at least 12 months IT Support experience

Salary - £20,000 - £22,000 + Benefits


  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, business administration or closely related discipline.

  • ITIL certification(s).

Knowledge and Experience

  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including PC’s, Laptops, Tablets, Server & Networking.

  • Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows 7 & 10, server 2008 upwards.

  • Extensive application support experience with Office 365.

  • Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities.

  • Familiarity with the fundamental principles of ITIL.

  • Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.

  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
