Head of Social and Content
Ecorys UK has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Social and Content to join the team based in Birmingham. This is a permanent position working full-time although part-time hours will be considered. There is a salary of £50,000 per annum plus benefits.

About the role
As the Head of Social and Content, you will be responsible for overseeing the social media strategy for the company and content creation activities for clients. This role will include developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and creating content marketing strategies. As well as campaigns, you will be involved in customer research, market conditions and competitor data. In addition to marketing activities, you will identify and secure new major contracts for the company. This will include negotiating project fees and understanding the financial workings of Ecorys and client companies. As a senior role, you will be responsible for the managing, development and planning of a large talented team.
What we are looking for in the ideal Head of Social and Content
As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be able to demonstrate strategic thinking skills when it comes to creating social and content activities. This includes a solid knowledge of current online marketing concepts, strategy, best practice, and experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Although passionate about marketing, you will need to have good business and commercial acumen in financial issues and business development skills. You will also need to possess digital knowledge including website builds, search, social, mobile and display. You will have managed a team and are comfortable with negotiating and influencing at senior level.
What we can offer the Head of Social and Content
