Reporting to the finance manager your duties as the purchase ledger clerk will include duties such as:

  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Checking, coding and entering invoices onto the finance system
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Supplier queries via telephone and email
  • Staff expenses
  • Allocating payments
  • Assisting with payment runs
