Project Officer - Permanent Grade 7/8 (£25,917 - £29,853)

The main purpose of the post is working within multi-disciplinary teams to provide effective and high quality asset services that ensure our clients properties are maintained in a good state of repair, so that value for money, efficiency, high quality and compliance with legislation is achieved.

To identify trends in planned and reactive maintenance activities, highlighting common themes to inform decisions on the most effective means of repair or replacement which will be developed into planned, cyclical, maintenance and disrepair activities. To monitor the activity of all contractors working for or on behalf of our clients properties including Property Care to ensure they adhere to the organisations service standards, consistently providing and aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

As a Project Officer you will be allocated a "portfolio" which you will lead for our client, these will be:

  • Disrepair
  • Stock Condition Surveys
  • Commercial Premises
  • Energy Performance and Environmental sustainability
  • Asset Performance Information
  • Adaptations

The successful applicant will ordinarily start at the bottom of the pay scale unless they can demonstrate with payslips they are currently earning a higher salary, in which case they will start at the higher in the pay scale. The top of the grade is the maximum that will be paid for the post.
