Our client is a fantastic market leading company based in Epsom is currently recruiting for a Community Manager to join their team. They are a rapidly expanding business opening different verticals within their financial sector; this is a unique opportunity to join their latest venture adding to the companies 35 year history. With rapid expansion plans the company is definitely a forward thinking business which will grow and support the ideal candidate to further their marketing career.

The ideal candidate will have experience in direct marketing, planning and running events. They will have knowledge of SEO and PPC and all online and offline advertising. The candidate will have in depth knowledge of the Epsom area and surrounding demographic from a commercial perspective understanding the affluency from both business and consumer perspective.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker, creative and outgoing with tremendous drive and aspiration. The opportunities that will be forged within this business will be in line with the company visions bringing an entrepreneurial forward thinker to the forefront of their marketing strategy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staying up to date with the latest social media tools

  • Keep up to date with Epsom and surrounding areas with view to engaging the business to key audiences

  • Working with stakeholders to create a community strategy

  • Lead a community based project on lead generation and footfall within the Epsom premises

  • Utilising all social platforms to engage the local community

  • Participate in and grow local networks by engaging local groups.

  • Develop weekly reports and updates to share with central marketing and stakeholders

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrable campaign planning and execution

  • Strong Skills for developing and managing a community profile

  • CRM knowledge, Salesforce would be advantageous

  • Excellent customer service due to being customer facing within the role

  • Self motivated, pro- active, takes initiative, confident in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Deep knowledge of Epsom and surrounding areas


  • Experience writing digital content

  • Events experience would be advantageous

  • Business or marketing degree would be advantageous
