Are you keen to work within a leading banking organisation based within the financial district of London? A newly formed team are looking to expand and are looking for an Optimisation Manger whose objective is to define the agenda and drive delivery of core strategic objectives within the organisations global contact centres.

The Starting salary for this role is; £35,790.

Overall Purpose of the role
- Support the development of the business rationale, positioning of wider strategic context and financial case for progressing initiatives
- Assist with the shaping and scoping of new initiatives securing the buy in of stakeholders across the organisation
- Take the lead on delivering and embedding new solutions and thinking within the business, bringing together stakeholders from across the organisation
- Proactively works with other business areas to leverage existing activity and expertise across the business
- Deliver to governance requirements

Key Accountability
- Scoping, shaping, evaluating, mobilising and delivering specific initiatives to world class external benchmarks
- Proactively identifying synergies with initiatives across the group to ensure we leverage existing activity and expertise across the business to optimise delivery
- Develop innovative and creative solutions to long standing issues
- Promote the global contact centre agenda across the business raising awareness of the role of the Global Contact Centre Optimisation team and the drive they can provide

Person Specification

- Proven track record of developing and delivering strategic problem resolution through conceptual thinking
- Detailed understanding of cost drivers across the business and ability to pull these levers with an understanding of impact across the balanced score card
- Strong analytical background with experience of using relevant tools to create outputs that influence the acceptance of change

I will be keen to speak with individual who holds extensive contact centre experience within financial services and a track record of promoting activity that supports delivering change in to the business or transforming the contact centre environment.
