Global Financial Firm seeking an exceptional Team Assistant - based in the City
One of our long-standing clients in the financial services is currently looking for a Team Assistant in a newly-created post. This global organisation is friendly, and is looking for someone to join their team of TAs to support a team of around 10 people - a mixture of seniority levels.
Their team assistants are very hard-working, enjoy team work and works positively and efficiently. Ideally, the candidate will have TA experience (around 2-4 years) supporting someone of the same seniority as a director, have had experience working in a professional services firm, and proves to be very switched-on and personable.
It is desirable that the post holder has had some experience in a CRM system (Salesforce) and possesses excellent French language skills but this is not compulsory! This growing organisation is seeking someone who will fit into their compact team well and will be happy with the fast-paced nature of the role/environment.
There is room for progression (proven progression from TA to EA for some of the current staff) and the post-holder can even take on some additional work outside of an administrator’s realm if desired, to expand their skillset.
Great benefits - looking at £28-35k (depending on experience) + bonuses
