Support Analyst - 2nd Line, Windows, Active Directory, Exchange Leeds 6 months + Quick start

We are interviewing on behalf of the client.

Leading professional services client based in Leeds requires an experienced Support Analyst, with great communication and stakeholder experience to join on an initial 6 month basis.

The role will be predominately 2nd Line, with a limited first line and phone based work - Will have experience of providing support both deskside and remotely. Will be required to go through background checks prior to starting - both financial and credit checks.

As an experienced Support Analyst you will have the following:

  • Advanced Windows 7/10 knowledge
  • Experience using Active Directory
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong Exchange experience
  • Experience of supporting users deskside and remotely
  • Excellent communication skills
