For more information, please visit us at Digital Workplace Support Analyst will be responsible for providing 3rd line support to all queries passed on from 2nd line analysts while also helping implement new technology within the business.Key Responsibilities
  • Help Develop and deliver the digital workplace strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with end users and technology teams to ensure the best possible end-user experience.
  • Ensuring a consistent integration and user experience between different elements of the workplace.
  • Influencing the IT and application architecture, ensuring solutions bring benefits to the end users, ensuring solutions are prepared for operational deployment (especially robustness, reliability and scalability).
  • Contributing to digital workplace product definition, in our case Office 365 and Unified Communication principals, and continuous product improvement.
  • Documenting the solutions implemented and ensuring both technical teams and end users are fully versed on the new offering.
  • Work with the IT and UC Manager to proactively suggest, define, launch, and drive organizational and operational initiatives.
  • Develop and execute user level communications, messaging and presentations to educate end users.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and the Global IT Manager to develop the strategy which will form part of the collaboration roadmap.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive the prioritization and delivery processes and the strategic communications around the roadmaps.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing & Corporate Communications team to define the go-to-live strategy, prioritize activities, and ensure product positioning properly reflects the features and benefits of the solution to the target customers.
  • Occasional travel within the UK, regionally & globally.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related subject.
  • Project management skills at foundation level.
  • Intune support - Policy management and administration.
  • Office 365 administration.
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Delve
    • Yammer
    • SharePoint Administration along with Intranet support


  • Experience in SCCM - software deployment , OS deployment and understanding of patching strategies.
  • Microsoft accreditation in Intune Deployment and administration
  • MCSA in any relevant technology with the JD .
  • Windows 10 administration and support.
