Your new role

This position is based at the offices of one of our most important national clients – Computacenter, a provider of global IT infrastructure services and solutions. You will act as the main point of contact in the Sales business area for the delivery of the contracted recruitment services. This will involve taking responsibility for ensuring that an effective and cost efficient service is delivered and that all business opportunities, both contracted and new, are optimised for mutual benefit. Exceptional provision of the service will include the following: • Proactively meeting / engaging with hiring managers to determine current and future requirements and develop an effective talent pipeline. • Developing strong relationships with the business to promote direct sourcing capability. • Planning recruitment drives and campaigns to ensure Computacenter secures the best talent. • Leading the way in developing and executing direct sourcing/candidate attraction strategies to ensure the highest calibre of candidates are attracted. • Short listing appropriate candidates, facilitating interviews and managing the candidate closing process. • Ensuring the recruitment process is managed in accordance with current legislation, advising Computacenter on recruitment best practice and market updates.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful, you will have a proven track record in Sales or IT recruitment. You should already have, or be able to quickly create, a network of candidates in this field. You need to be a motivated self-starter who has the ability to work both independently using your initiative and collaboratively with other colleagues. The right candidate will also be well-organised, customer service / delivery focused and be able to work at a fast pace.
