Job Title: Young Persons Support Worker
Salary: £8.50-£12 per hour
At Swanstaff, our passion is care and support. Can you help a young person with Cerebral Palsy on an ongoing basis, including day work plus sleep ins (2 week rolling rota)?
Working as a Support Worker within our clients` team, it`s not just the young person`s health needs and personal care you`ll help to manage. You`ll also help them to get more out of life - to be more independent, to enjoy a wider range of activities, and above all, to have more choice in their day to day life. Whether you`re getting involved with a daily activity, filling in vital paperwork, lending someone a hand to make their lunch, or simply being there for them, you`ll make all the people you care for feel safe, comfortable and secure. In other words, you`ll make them feel right at home.

The skills you`ll need
