Financial Operations Specialist (Fees, Receivables and Collections)

Starting Salary: £18,777.00 - £20,989.00 per annum with further progression opportunities to £22,876.00

Based within the Financial Operations Team in Melbury House, you will be undertaking processing of all sales invoices and credit notes in line with Financial Regulations and current fees policy. You will enter (or upload) financial data (sales invoices and payments) properly, accurately, completely and timely on the financial accounting system. You will be responsible for updating the student record system with the relevant information. You will ensure correct allocation of customer payments received and matching with invoices. You will need to be resilient, as the successful candidate will be expected to operate under the University debt control procedures to ensure all debts are cleared at the earliest opportunity. Whilst not essential, having worked in Finance or Customer Services may be advantageous in this role.
