Reed Accountancy are working with a client in Southampton who are looking for someone to join their team as soon as possible for 6 months on a contract basis.

They are looking for someone who:

Has excellent customer service skills written and verbal.

Can respond to supplier and university personnel emails in relation to chasing payment of invoices and queries relating to payments.

Interrogate the finance system for reconciling statements and reviewing invoice status.

Data entry of invoices

Ideally if you have had experience with a high volumes of invoices and process foreigen payments then this would be a bonus.
