Salary: £16,856 - £17,744 per annum plus excellent benefits
Permanent – 35 hours per week
Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for a Technical Support Officer on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Liverpool.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join a busy ICT team.
Responsible for providing ICT support to all colleagues, the successful candidate will perform a highly visible role with a considerable degree of customer contact. You will possess excellent communication skills and have a proactive approach to work with the ability to manage your time effectively.
The main responsibilities of the post will include logging support calls and tracking them through from receipt to resolution, liaising with colleagues to provide support and assistance with new equipment and systems, and also providing administrative support to the ICT team as and when required. You will also be required to carry out general administrative and quality assurance duties.
You will have a good standard of general education and possess excellent day to day ICT skills. Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows is required for this role along with the ability to deliver technical information to non-specialist audiences.
