3 RD Line Support Job in Great Yarmouth

CloudScope is working exclusively with Great Yarmouth's leading IT Managed Service Provider. A company to watch out for being recently recognised as a future 50 company in Norfolk & Suffolk, who's core belief is that IT support services should be driven by customers needs, flexible and delivered quickly.

We are looking to a third line support engineer with 5 plus years' experience in IT support and client facing background.

The Role

  • Working with a portfolio of over 200 companies
  • Telephone, remote and on-site support
  • Managing assigned cases,
  • Assisting other team members when necessary
  • Be the go-to knowledge expert within the technical team
  • Dealing with complex technical designs, projects and escalations

The Candidate

  • Five+ Years' Experience in IT Support
  • Server configuration and troubleshooting, including Hyper-V
  • Server migrations and installations
  • Network design and support
  • MS 365 email setup and migration
  • Good experience and knowledge of antivirus applications and backup applications
  • A high level of proficiency with TCP/IP and VPN routing
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Client Facing skills

Desirable

  • An MCITP level qualification, or be willing to prove your ability to support at this level
  • Experience working with an IT service provider
