Hamlin Knight is delighted to be working alongside a highly respected niche business in the recruitment of a Technical Support Agent. This role is based in Sheffield and is commutable from such areas as Sheffield, Barnsley and Rotherham.

Due to continued success and expansion, my client is looking for an experienced Technical Support Executive to join its busy site. Ideally, you will have experience within a Technical Support role providing both customer services and technical advise to clients. Preferably, you will be able to speak an additional European Language, but this isn't essential.

The Role:

- Responding to technical enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Managing a caseload of clients
- Call tracking via the in-house CRM system
- Building effective relationships with key and new accounts
- Working got KPI's and Targets

The Candidate:

- Excellent computer skills
- Experience within a fast paced office environment
- Customer Services champion
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- Superb time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and courteous manner


- European Language (Native/ Fluent)
- Experience with Adobe Creative suite
