Management Accountant/Accounts Manager needed for long term maternity cover

Your new company

Your new company is a dynamic and ever growing organisation based in heart of Bournemouth, Dorset. You will be working with a fantastic team environment in a stand alone management accountant role. This is a maternity cover which will last up to 12 months.

Your new role

In your new role you will be wholly responsible for the day to day function of the accounts. This will include processing invoices and paying suppliers as well as producing monthly management accounts. You will be completing bank reconciliations, month-end and preparing year end statements. Other duties include liaising with auditors, assisting with the annual budgeting process, submitting VAT returns, profit and loss statements and cash flow.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful you will be studying or qualified by experience. You must be confident and have worked in a similar role completing monthly management accounts. You will have excellent attention to detail and IT skills. It is also desirable if you have knowledge of Sage 200.
